Tell us a bit about yourself and your role at REGnosys
I have a diverse background that spans operations, financial management, project coordination, HR, and client relationship management across industries like IT, non-profit, and energy. What truly defines my career is a genuine passion for optimising processes, fostering teamwork, and finding creative ways to drive success and efficiency.
I joined REGnosys a few months ago, and my role focuses on keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly, simplifying administrative tasks, managing HR and recruitment efforts and maintaining great relationships with our clients. It’s been an exciting journey so far, and I love being part of such a dynamic team!
Why did you choose to work at REGnosys?
I chose to work at REGnosys because it felt like the perfect fit for both my skills and aspirations. The role aligns well with my experience in operations, while also offering opportunities to learn and grow in new areas. What really drew me in was REGnosys’ mission and the innovation they bring to the industry, especially in transforming how financial institutions handle regulatory compliance.
Being part of a team that’s forward-thinking and passionate about solving complex challenges appealed to me.
A day in the life: what’s your typical working day like? (If applicable: remote vs in office)
A typical day for me at REGnosys is a mix of meetings to stay aligned with colleagues, working through operational prioritiesand keeping an eye on ongoing projects to ensure everything is on track. We work in a hybrid way, spending two to three days in the office and the rest working from home and what I appreciate is how seamlessly we maintain communication and teamwork no matter where we are.
A message to your younger self: tips for success in the industry
If I could send a message to my younger self, I’d say: Trust yourself more—you’re capable of so much more than you realise. Don’t let failures weigh you down or define you; instead, see them as stepping stones to growth and success. Every mistake is a lesson, and every setback is an opportunity to learn something valuable.
It’s okay to feel disappointed, but don’t stay stuck there. Focus on what you can do differently next time and keep moving forward.
