Regulators signal openness to industry’s digital regulatory reporting work

As regulators and firms continue exploring ways to reduce reporting costs and complexity, our CEO and Founder, Laurent-Olivier Labeis (Leo), recently spoke with Rachel Wolcott at Compliance Corylated about the momentum behind ISDA’s Digital Regulatory Reporting (DRR) and the growing engagement from regulators around reporting simplification initiatives.

Leo describes DRR as a “mature project” and reflects on how industry collaboration around DRR and the Common Domain Model (CDM) is helping move regulatory reporting toward a more consistent, transparent, and machine executable approach.

This work is becoming increasingly important as firms face ongoing regulatory change, higher data quality expectations, and growing pressure to evidence reporting controls across regimes such as EMIR and MiFIR.
