Our CEO, Leo Labeis recently spoke to IT Pro Today about improving gender balance in STEM and what startups can do.

REGnosys’ women representation currently sits at 38%, almost 20% above the UK average within the industry. This steady rise has been a result of our deliberate and consistent effort, but we know that there is more work to be done.
