Securities Finance Times: 2025 through a crystal ball

Our CEO, Laurent-Olivier Labeis (Leo), tells us his predictions for 2025 in Securities Finance Times.   

 

With 2024 having been a transformational year in the regulatory space, this momentum is set to continue into the new year, with regulatory reforms in Canada and Hong Kong already scheduled for the 25th of July and 29th of September respectively.

 

Eyes are also on the US, with the new administration’s potential to adopt a new regulatory agenda, and Europe with several consultations regarding the MiFID and the SFTR…
