ISLA integrates its Clause Library and Taxonomy with the CDM

The Common Domain Model (CDM) has reached another important milestone.

The International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) has announced the integration of its Clause Library and Taxonomy with the CDM. The Clause Library and Taxonomy was launched in 2021 to facilitate more efficient negotiation of the 2000, 2010, and 2018 Security Interest over Collateral versions of the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (GMSLA). The integration will enable improved management of executed and future contracts by providing an industry data dictionary for GMSLA contracts.

Having played a central role in its development, REGnosys is excited to see how the CDM is bringing greater standardisation and efficiency across the trade lifecycle.
